Addition to Cottage at Boot Pond; Plymouth, MA

A small 900 s.f. rustic summer cottage overlooking a pristine pond was transformed by Vanecko, Ltd. into a 3,500 s.f. year-round retirement home. Our design maintained the charm, scale and character of the original cottage while modernizing the property for new uses.

1. •Design features include a new master suite, entertainment areas, art gallery, meditation loft, two car garage with painting studio and children’s play loft above. 
   

2. •Mechanical systems include hydronic baseboard heat, in-floor radiant heating.
   

3. •Responsible for design and design development, permitting, construction documents.
