Natatorium Addition; Weston, MA

Vanecko, Ltd. was the Architect for this 4,500 s.f. underground indoor swimming pool addition to an historic 17th Century farmhouse.

1. •Design included indoor swimming pool and spa, bath and changing rooms, exercise room, custom Tiffany glass enclosure and octagonal cupola.
   

2. •Work included precast plank roof system on reinforced concrete walls, 75' long lap pool, specialized dehumidification and HVAC systems, emergency generator, controls.
   

3. •Custom interior finishes included limestone flooring, custom cabinetry, unique paint finishes.
   

4. •Featured in Design Times magazine.
   

5. •Responsible for design and design development, permitting, construction documents and construction administration.
   

6. •Coordination of consultants for landscape architecture, swimming pool systems, civil and structural engineering, mechanical design.
