NATATORIUM RENOVATION AT THE EVERGREEN ESTATE
Natatorium Renovation at the Evergreen Estate; Greenville, ME
Vanecko, Ltd. is the architect for renovations to an existing 1,700 s.f. indoor swimming pool at the ca. 1920 Evergreen Estate, near Moosehead Lake.

•Work includes a new 17’ x 38’ swimming pool with integral spa, new sub-basement equipment room.

•High-efficiency mechanical systems include custom dehumidification system, pumps, filters and spa jets, high-performance fenestration and insulation.

•Exterior design included slate roofing, stucco and timber infill, brick and stone masonry, custom copper gutters to match the existing estate.

•Custom interior finishes include porcelain tile flooring, synthetic stucco wall finishes and natural wood truss enclosures, renovated bathroom and changing rooms.

•Project was designed to comply with State of Maine Bureau of Health ordinances for public swimming facilities.

•Responsible for schematic design and design development.

•Coordination of consultants for swimming pool systems.
