CONSERVATORY ADDITION IN WELLESLEY
Conservatory Addition; Wellesley, MA
In this addition to an 1890 Queen Anne style home, Vanecko, Ltd. worked to design a unique Victorian style conservatory addition, creating a year-round sub-tropical retreat.

•Design features include custom Mahogany conservatory enclosure, interior fountain and fish pond with antique sculptures, planting beds, and potting area with custom soapstone sink.

•Mechanical systems include forced air heating and cooling, radiant heat flooring, custom in-floor enclosures with forced hot water radiators and integral floor drains, specialized HVAC controls to maintain a sub-tropical environment.

•Responsible for design and design development, permitting, construction documents, construction administration.

•Coordination of consultants for landscape architecture, conservatory design, structural engineering, mechanical design, plumbing, lighting and controls.
