RENOVATIONS TO RESIDENCE IN PILL HILL
Renovations to Residence in Pill Hill; Brookline, MA
This project involved the complete renovations of a French Country style residence in the Pill Hill Historic District in Brookline. The design respected the strong architectural style of the existing 1920’s home, originally designed to feature a unique collection of antique architectural salvage items.

•Work required approval from the Brookline Historical Commission.

•Design features include a new kitchen, bathrooms, Master Suite, children’s lofts, artist studio with custom skylight, swimming pool and landscape features.

•Mechanical systems include new cooling tower A/C unit, in-floor radiant heating, home theater and integrated audio/visual systems.

•Integrated HVAC systems and controls, alarm and security controls, emergency generator.

•Responsible for historic district approvals, design and design development, permitting, construction documents and construction administration.

•Coordination of consultants for landscape architecture, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and lighting, audio/visual and data networks, swimming pool design, security system.
