New Residence at Star Hill Farm; Central Vermont
Vanecko, Ltd. was the designer for this private residential compound in the hills of Vermont, including a new 21,000 s.f. residence, recreation pond, reconstructed barn, and access road.

•Design features include an authentic timber frame with a structural insulated panel exterior shell, and an exposed steel-frame exercise court.

•Mechanical systems include geothermal well cooling, in-floor radiant heating, full featured audio/visual components, integrated HVAC, alarm and security control systems, and an emergency generator.

•Landscape design included artificial pond, naturally landscaped grounds, and an access road.

•Responsible for design and design development, permitting, construction documents and construction administration.

•Coordination of consultants for landscape architecture, civil, geotechnical, and structural engineering, timber-frame design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and lighting, audio/visual and data networks, security and control systems.
